Is there any way to add a keystroke specifically to Preview - I tried but it didn't work. What I want to do is be able to select pages in the Preview document [usually a pdf] and Delete the selected pages with a keystroke. There is no such thing in the present version of Preview == would I want to create an Automator script? I tried to add a shortcut or keyboard stroke but that didn't work --

Gosh another example of Murphy's Law in my life -- I have just been going under Edit and down to Delete, where there is no keystroke noted == hadn't thought of just hitting the Delete key!!! Thanks for the response and I'll use your wisdom.

FWIW, I opened a 19 page PDF in Preview, selected every other page, pressed "delete", and it removed all the selected pages. Not sure why you need something besides the Delete key.
