Apple ID balance prevents changing region

Hello.

I have 2 INR left on my Apple ID balance.

Because of this, I can’t change my region to Kazakhstan.

Please reset my balance to zero so I can change my region.

Thank you.

Nobody on these boards can. Buy something more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method from the current region for the extra amount; if you can't, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.

Clearing the balance is only possible when you are able to contact Apple directly and those options vary by region.

Contact Apple Support - Apple Support

Without being able to do that, then the only other option is to add a card in the current region and make a purchase where the Apple Account will first be zeroed out and the remainder billed to your card.
