Not syncing across my idevices and windows devices.

I have an Ipad and an Iphone, I also use a WIndows laptop and a Windows PC, they were all synced but since a month ago they stopped syncing. I can't find how to fix this problem. I use the windows ICloud app for my windows devices.

Please let me know how to fix this.
