How do I dispute an unauthorized Apple Services payment on PayPal?

I have just received a PayPal message saying that my account has been debited £59.99 for Apple Services on an automatic payment since 2018. This does not exists as checked in my subscriptions. I do not use iTunes but it says it is for this. What can I do and who can I talk to?

It seems like a scam.

Simply block, report and delete the message.
