I have just received a PayPal message saying that my account has been debited £59.99 for Apple Services on an automatic payment since 2018. This does not exists as checked in my subscriptions. I do not use iTunes but it says it is for this. What can I do and who can I talk to?

Dispute this with PayPal. https://www.paypal.com/smarthelp/home Somebody has access to your PayPal account.
It seems like a scam.
Simply block, report and delete the message.

thanks but the payment shows as pending in my PayPal account. I have removed my bank card from PayPal but they say the payment will still be taken
