iCloud: Use secondary email as alias on primary?

I have two iCloud accounts in use.

One is my primarily account, where I purchase al mine products and music files and so.

The second account however I only use the email address, nothing else, this email adres is 24/7 routed to the primary account.

Here is the question:

Is it possible to set up up the primary account so, that the email address from the second account becomes a email alias in the primary account? (And after that is done, completely delete the second account)
