You can't. Apple no longer signs 18 for models capable of 26.

Niel is correct. The ship has sailed on iOS 18 updates and if you want to update your phone to get the latest security updates and bug fixes and YES, the newest features, you will now have to update to iOS 26.2.
Thanks for the feedback. Disappointing considering some challenges for the 13Mini with iOS 26 !
