iPhone 17 Pro Max maps show wrong location, reroutes often

I purchased my iPhone 17 max pro before thanksgiving 2025. Every time I use the maps/google maps/ Waze, it puts me in the near by neighborhoods when I'm on the freeway or puts me on the side roads/water. It constantly tells me to reroute and I have to stop the restart the location to get updated routing information. It has causes problems where if I am at a light to turn right, the map will circle and then tell me to go a whole other direction. I have followed the location setting, time setting, and other settings based off the articles I've read. I went to Verizon its an Apple issue.
