How do i fix my watch?

My Apple Watch Series 6 has GPS + Cellular, but when I go to set the cellular up, it says that both my Iphone and watch need to be on the latest update.The problem is that they both already are on the latest update and it still wouldn't let me set up my cellular.How do I it?
