Does anyone else over 70 years in age dislike the recent changes as much as I do? I’d love to opt out or go back in time before this latest update.

Probably. There are also most likely people under seventy who dislike it. And I personally know people over seventy who like it. I'm quite young at only 64 but I like it a lot. It's not clear to me what age has to do with this.
