“Hold to call” emergency button does not toggle off

“Hold side button” setting to make emergency calls on my ultra does not turn off after being toggled off. The watch makes emergency calls when held if it’s toggled on or toggled off. The setting seems to not work at all.

this is super frustrating since there’s no other option to change the call feature. On top of the fact the call feature is in a horrible location and is activated way too easily. I’d really like more options with the feature but if all I have is one option, be nice if that one option actually worked.
