Billing Problems…?
Small Billing Issue
So I have called Apple support twice about the same issue. I currently cannot update anything so I had only $9 sent to my account, which was immediately charged for a subscription I no longer have, yet says it’s cancelled. I tried explaining to the Support team and I was finally able to buy the subscription then cancel it from my end to fix the issue.
HOWEVER
It still keeps trying to charge my card even though I VERY clearly have the subscription (the company even sent me an email confirming my cancellation) and it still says on Apple’s end that I don’t have it.
What do I do?
