Using Apple Homekit: When we have a power outage, ALL of the house lights will turn on when the power is restored. Is there a work-around that will prevent that from happening?

donno if it's the homekit which causes this, I have various smart bulbs from philips and ikea and the likes and after a power outage their default behavior when the power returns is to light up, even if the homekit hub is not started, so to get what you wish it is likely that the apple homekit hub would have to take action to turn them off again.
How to prevent HomeKit from turning on all lights after a power outage?
