im Not getting the health sharing invite from my wife. It shows as pending invitation on her phone, but I don’t see anything on mine. I can share my info with her and she got my sharing invite almost immediately.

Health sharing works only between different Apple IDs.
The Health app can send an invite only to another Apple ID or to a member of a Family Sharing group. If both devices are signed in with the same Apple ID, the invite will stay pending on the sender’s device and never appear on the other one.
