Have you tried turning that feature off ... waiting a while ... then turning it back on? Instructions are below on how to turn it off. Just reverse them to turn temperature back on.

Disable wrist temperature tracking

  1. Go to the Settings app on Apple Watch.
  2. Tap Privacy & Security, then tap Health.
  3. Tap Wrist Temperature, then turn off Wrist Temperature.

You can also go to the Apple Watch app on your iPhone, tap My Watch, tap Privacy, and then turn off Wrist Temperature.
