Apple TV+ streaming is pixelated on Sony Bravia TV

I have a Sonia Bravia smart TV and the Apple+ streaming is pixelated, but this is not a problem with any other app - I have checked for the most recent update on the TV, I have unplugged the TV for five minutes, I have checked the wifi signal and I have uninstalled the Apple TV app twice, yet, the problem still exists - help!

I tried to do a software update last night, but it apparently did not complete until just now - all is good now🍁😎

Try restarting the Sony tv. Press and hold the power button on the Sony remote for about five seconds until the TV turns off.

otherwise then I would try to pull the plug on the wifi router for a bit and let it start up again

Ok that’s good. It won’t update until the tv is turned off.
