iOS 26 Update Contact List Fiasco

Annoying and frustrating with the new background color format for contacts in iOS 26. The default light lavender background, combined with white text is extremely difficult to read contact information clearly. Certainly made the contact list usage more difficult. Why did Apple choose to make it a default only instead of a personal preference optional choice? Please fix this big mistake.
