issues leaving family sharing
my mums ex has added me to his family sharing and wont remove me and i cant leave due to him controlling my screen time what can i do? we both arent in contact with him
To be clear, it takes physical access to your unlocked phone or you have to respond to an invite request to add it to someone's Family Group, it cannot be done remotely without your approval. Once added, there obviously is not a way for a member to remove it without the Organizers approval as every child would do that to avoid the screen time restrictions that a parent set on their device.
Where that leaves you is that you are going to have to create another Apple Account and if you are unable to sign out of your Apple Account on the device due to restrictions, then you will have to provide proof of purchase to remove the Activation Lock.
