i bught apple care for my airpod in india but now iam living in dubai(UAE) also i want to replace my airpod . Is that apple care plus cover my repair bill in here .which i bought apple care plus in outside UAE

The way I understand it, AirPods have a one-year warranty in the country they were purchased.
If they were purchased in India, that is where the warranty applies.
