M2 MacBook Pro shows only a facebook page. But that screen does not allow any input from the touchpad. Can I do a restart without a power button?

To force shut down or restart the Mac, press and hold the Power/Fingerprint ID button at the top right corner of the keyboard. Continue holding the button until the Mac shuts down. Restart by pressing that or any other button.

Press command-option-escape to invoke the Force Quit process and then force quit the FaceBook app.
If that fails, press and hold the power button for 6-10 seconds until the computer shuts down. Then reboot the Mac normally.
The Touch ID button IS the power button when you press it.
