Change chat background option missing in iMessages
I’m on an iPad and I just set up my iMessages but for some reason it doesn’t even show the change background of chat option?!?!?

It appears you are in the Contacts app. You have to open the conversation with your recipient in the Messages app and tap the user's name in the top, then you should see the Backgrounds option. It should look like this. Also this does not work with green bubble users.
