Refund for cancelled iPhone online order

I placed an online order for an Iphone 17 pro but cancelled it within five minutes. I used a debit card of Uzbekistan's bank. Any idea when the amount will be reflected back in my account? If the refund process is lengthy, can I get a voucher instead?

Most of us are in the US so do not know how things work in Uzbekistan. Please contact Apple Support directly for the answer to this question.


In general, it works like this: if your refund is approved, the funds are applied to the same payment method that you used to buy the item. Here's how long it takes for a refund to appear on your account or statement:


Store credit—It might take up to 48 hours to see the refund in your Apple Account balance.


Mobile phone billing—It might take up to 60 days for the statement to show the refund. Processing time might be affected by your carrier. You can contact your carrier for an update.


Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, and all other payment methods—It might take up to 30 days for the statement to show the refund. If you don't see the refund after 30 days, contact your financial institution.

The times mentioned in earlier posts are, I think, for App And Media stores refunds and may not apply in your case since you are asking about an iPhone. What you probably need is:


Go to:

Returns & Refunds - Shopping Help - Apple

then scroll down to “Refunds”

If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

Refunds on products purchased from Apple using an Apple Gift Card (or previous generations of Apple gift cards) will be issued to you as an Apple Gift Card by email. If you’d like us to send you a physical Apple Gift Card by mail, ask the representative helping you.

Products paid for using your Apple Account Balance will be refunded to your Apple Account Balance.
