Unable to enable Type to Siri on iPhone

I am unable to write to Siri/Apple intelligence. I want to type, not speaking out loud.

I have an iPhone 17 pro max, which is updated to the newest version.

What I have tried:

• There is no «type to siri» activation bar in settings
• All siri and apple intelligence features are configured and switched on
• Double tapping on the bottom of the screen does not work
• I still have the old circle when activating siri by voice or pressing the side button, not the new design that goes around the edges.
