How is that not helpful? Apple has nothing to do with Facebook.

Use your favorite search engine on how to contact their support, if you don't know how to do it within the app.

Many of the go to's are not on my phone or in my settings

If you know how to use their app, then you should be able to know where to go to get help with their support.
