Sons phone shows my texts

My son got a new phone. I noticed he had all my text messages on his phone so I made sure he is signed in to his own Apple ID and I changed the my card info to his name & number. I then reset his phone. He still has all my text messages but the senders he doesn’t have in his contacts all say preview hidden. I’m so frustrated
