How do I find and manage added devices in Settings app for FaceTime and Messages on iPhone?

Hi

I just got a little popup msg saying a Mac has been added to your FaceTime and Messaging(?) (I think, because I clicked ok, it went away) and since it said I could change it in Settings I went to there looking but now don't see how to tell if some device has been added and I'm not sure it said FaceTime and messaging.

What is going on and why do I get a kind of blasé msg about something that could possibly be big? Very weird.

The popup means a device signed in with your Apple ID was enabled for iMessage/FaceTime. To manage or remove it, go to Settings → your Apple ID → device list, plus FaceTime and iMessage settings. If you didn’t add the device, change your Apple ID password and remove the device immediately.
