New Mac Studio M4. Ikmultimedia is installed, authorized, sounds are installed. It's not available in Logic Pro. Can anyone help. I know it's 3rd party but Ik is not responding to any of my questions.

Have you restarted your computer after installation?
Are you sure you've installed the Audio Unit version of the plugin?
Can you locate the plugin in the component folder?
Can you find the plugin in Logic's Plugin Manager?

Wow! I'm sorry for all the ranting I've done on this issue. I wish I could say exactly how it finally worked but I did reload all the sounds again. One thing I noticed was in all the downloads I did the instrument folder in the stock download location didn't have any instruments in it's folder just a white instrument icon. I don't remember the .??? it was.
Because I had another Mac Studio M1 with ST4 working perfect? I copied the instrument folder that actually had instruments in it with again the stock download location and all of a sudden everything works again.
I wish I could say that was the absolute solution but I'm not 100% sure.
I did read in different blogs etc that the Mac Studio M4 did have download and install location issues.
I really don't want to be back and recreate the issue because it took me 3 days plus to get this worked out with absolutely no response from IK to all the messages I sent through support on their site ever being answered. I even messaged them about TRacks 5 not working and they never answered me back. I had to purchase
TRacks 6 Max to get that working which I'm glad I did. Over 60 plugs in I didn't have.
There you have my rant. Thank you yoyoBen for lighting that fire that got me goin! Preciate!

I saw it in the components folder and it's in the plugin manager ready to go and I rescanned it.
I'm going back over to the website and download sounds. Not sure why just trying everything1

Hey. Just saw one more thing in my products on the site. It was only offering an update with new sounds. I did that already though. But I did notice the location was different. It was in documents. Do you think if I got all the items in the same location that would do anything?
I'm reinstalling the sounds going to at least put them where the ST4 went.
Spoke too soon. The plug in is there and working. Says there's an issue with the path.
