Safari reloads a webpage when it detects that the tab is using more memory than macOS wants a single process to consume. This can happen for many reasons — a buggy site, heavy JavaScript, extensions, or a corrupted Safari cache. Safari reloads pages when they exceed memory limits. Disable extensions, clear website data, update macOS, try a fresh profile, check Activity Monitor, and temporarily disable blockers or VPNs. If the issue persists even on simple sites, resetting Safari or contacting Apple Support may be necessary.

The issue persists regardless of whether I have 1 tab open or 5 tabs. I regularly clear the cache, and there are no problematic sites, heavy loads, or extensions causing this. There are no VPNs or blockers. I reset so many times, and Apple does not seem to see this warning as an issue. Apple says that it was a normal process. There is no solution so far.
