I recently bought the new iPhone 17 pro max and I can’t change my apple id password. It says i can’t because stolen device protection is on, but i turned it off. I tried using my other devices and it says the same thing. I don’t remember my password and all my devices say to try using my other ones.

Yes and I’ve tried to turn of stolen device protection and it says it’s turned off but it’s still is saying i can’t do anything because it’s turned on
