Cannot connect to apple watch 11 without iCloud passcode.

I recently bought a new apple watch series 11 and am trying to connect it to my iphone 16. The problem when connecting is that it asks for my icloud passcode which I have already forgotten since many years ago. I can still access my keychain access passwords on my old macbook air from back in 2005 ish and I would like to keep all that has been saved. In order to connect to the watch it's currently giving me no choice but to reset my icloud passcode which will delete my saved information. Is there no way to reset the passcode without resetting all my saved data? Or a way to connect to my new apple watch without it?
