How do I get a refund for an Apple TV movie replaced with a different version?

Purchased the Batman vs Superman extended version movie from Apple TV store but was later replaced by the unextended version which I already have and they refused to refund me because every purchase is final which I agree but so must the product I purchase which should also be final and not susceptible to change
