How to recover iCloud account with a new phone number?

Hello,

i forgot my iclouds password, i started account recovery and asked for the old number i had it linked with, then couldn’t receive a code on it cause i dont have it, then the visa card that was linked with, then entered a new number where apple can send me codes on it. Then they told me that they will send a link to reset my password on the old account that im trying to access. What do i do ?
