Can't send text messages from Mac mini with Monterrey 12-7-6 I have Wi-Fi. I've tried to set up messaging everything looks normal, but I don't have a send icon now. Earlier when I tried to send a message "not delivered"
Help about iPhone. I don't have a iPhone I have an android. I'm trying to text from Mac mini To Mac mini. Something must be missing from my set up. Help!

You can’t send SMS text messages from a Mac unless you have an iPhone, because Macs rely on the iPhone for SMS forwarding. Since you have an Android, the Messages app removed the Send button because no texting method is available. To message between your two Macs, activate iMessage on both devices (Messages → Preferences → iMessage), sign in with Apple IDs, and send messages using the Apple ID email instead of a phone number.
