Safari does not recognize the user name and password it saved by itself !!!!!!!!!

The Safari saved the user name and password for the specific site I have been using for quite a while. I have always used the fingerprint method to log on the site. However, since two days ago, I kept getting the 401 error unauthorized user page.

When I used Chrome to log on, it let me log on, with the exactly same user name and password.

Anyone has an idea what's going on with my Safari? And why is it not working anymore for the same user name and password all at sudden.
