How do I cancel a pending App Store purchase for Telegram Premium?

I accidentally bought a telegram premium annual subscription. i have cancelled it but My App Store purchase is stuck as Pending. I cancelled Telegram Premium before payment(actually i didnt have enough money for payment), but now I cannot download apps. Please tell me how should i remove the pending transaction.
