Is Private Relay based on/does it support Oblivious DoH? (ODoH Compliant)

Cloudflare introduced a bunch of features to try a long time ago and at the time, it was said by them that Apple not only was going to support it through this, but that it was a partner with Cloudflare and used Cloudflare services to work on doing so. Can anybody make it clear if this is currently the case?
