No refund, ignored my response.
I signed up for a 90-day free trial from AirNav, which clearly said £0.00 now, £24.99 after 90 days. I even took a screenshot for reference. Despite this, the money was withdrawn from my account the next day, while the processing window was still displayed.
I’ve already appealed twice through Apple and both times the refund was denied. I’ve been an Apple customer since my first iPhone in 2007, so this is very disappointing.
Has anyone else experienced something similar? Is there any way to get a refund in this situation? I’m considering sharing this publicly if it isn’t resolved, but I’d prefer to hear advice from the community first.
I’m considering buying the next Samsung s26 ultra, I’ve had enough.
