I recently subscribed to picsart. I want to cancel my subscription but everytime i press it, it says “ Cannot Connect”. Ive tried restarting my phone, shutting it off, closing and opening the app but it still says the same thing.
Having the same exact issue right now. Need to cancel it asap so hopefully there’s a workaround to this before getting charged. Cant cancel through settings or App Store.
Hi! As an update and suggested heavily in the comments on another post I read, I reached out to Apple support through their app and the agent was able to successfully cancel the subscription and promised me that there would be no future charge from them. I also let them know about how many people were having an issue recently and couldn’t cancel and he assured me would let the proper people know to look into them.
