Har nyligen köpt en Mac Air samt en iPad air. Ska i utbyte mot rabatt skicka in den gamla iPaden. Nu har de inte skickat returförpackning i tid och jag är bortrest i 2 veckor!Nu kom det paket som jag inte kan returnera inom 2 veckor eftersom jag är bortrest.

Dessutom verkar jag ha minst 2 id hos Apple.

hur vet jag vilken jag har använt?

det går inte att maila Apple!

these forums are user helping other users like yourself, it's sort of going

to a physical apple store and asking other customers their advice

I recently bought a Mac Air and an iPad Air. I'm going to send in the old iPad in exchange for a discount. Now they haven't sent the return packaging on time and I've been away for 2 weeks! Now the package arrived that I can't return within 2 weeks because I'm away.

Also, it seems I have at least 2 Apple IDs.

How do I know which one I've used?
