Unable to edit individual location display names in Apple Business Connect

I am experiencing an issue in Apple Business Connect where multiple locations are displaying the same name, even though each location has a unique address and should have a unique display name.

I currently manage two locations:

• Each location has a different physical address
• However, both locations display the exact same name in the Locations list

The second location was recently registered. In the confirmation email Apple sent:

• The brand name is correct
• The location name is incorrect (it shows the name of my original location)
• The address is correct for the new location

When I attempt to edit the display name:

• I go to Locations → Select Location → Display Name
• The display name field is dimmed and not editable
• A message appears stating: “The language for the display name is set in Location Info, under Preferences. To change the name, go to the Brand Profile.”

However:

• When I go to the Brand Profile, there are no options to edit individual location display names
• Clicking Locations under Features simply redirects me back to the same Locations page with no ability to edit the name
• Updating the Brand Profile only changes the brand itself, not the individual location display names

I also found another Business Connect user reporting the exact same issue (multiple locations with different names but all showing the same display name and no way to edit them).
