Activate Apple Pay via banking app
I added my card to Apple Wallet, can I complete token activation through banking app?

What token activation?
Apple Pay does not itself require any token activation.
if your card requires such things after being added to the Wallet App, then you need to activate it however you bank determines it needs to be activated.
Whether it can be done through your banks app or not, is down to your bank or card issuer.
