Contact phone identifiers deleted or missing.

I have had issues with CONTACT labels since the IOS update in the Spring 2025. All CONTACT phone name identifiers were deleted or changed just to PHONE instead of the labels assigned in CONTACTS.

Also, CUSTOM identifiers/names for CONTACT phone number were DELETED causing major issues for me and other users of Apple that I talked to.

Also, on the past IOS system, phone calls and emails always had an identifier of RECENT, to identify what number the last call or text came from.

As you might imagine this is causing issues for me as I know it is for others.

Does anyone have a solution to this problem.

I ask Apple to FIX this issue ASAP.
