Apple Music says my songs are not available in the US

On my Iphone 14, IOS 26.1 my apple music is saying half of my music is unavailable due to it not being available in my country/region. I have everything set to the US. I have never had this problem before.

Fixes include:

Turn Sync Library OFF/ON
Sign out/in of Apple ID
Refresh payment + disable VPN
Rebuild Apple Music authorization

This resolves the issue for nearly all affected users.
