Wondering if the order is from Apple, as most Apple purchases are paid for at the time of purchase.

You can: View your purchase history for the App Store and other Apple media services - Apple Support

or

The bill and order information may be up to the company, merchant, or manufacturer you ordered from.

We are all, Apple users, like yourself, here. No-one here has access to your accounts to check it out for you.

Apple is unlikely to see your post to he community. We'd like to help, though.
