Notifications Not Syncing Across iCloud Devices

Notifications are not syncing across devices. I’ve had this issue for more than a year now: notifications from iCloud Mail, FaceTime, iMessage, and other apps don’t sync properly between my devices. When I get a notification, I have to manually open it on every device; otherwise it stays on the Lock Screen, and the red badge stays on the app until I open the “unread” message on each device.

Recently, the problem has gotten worse. For example, when I receive an email, I open it on my iPhone, read it, and even delete it — yet a couple of minutes later, I get the same notification on my Apple Watch.

I found a solution on Reddit where a user suggested signing out of iCloud on all devices and signing back in. I tried it, and it worked at first, but after a couple of weeks the issue returned, and I have to repeat the process again and again. I’m really annoyed and tired of this, and I have no idea how to fix it.
