System Settings shows "Account Recovery Method Needed" alert

Account Recovery Method Needed is showing up in my System Preferences. I've set a contact a couple of months ago, and this just showed up now.

How do I get rid of this alert? I thought I have taken care of this. Also, if I didn't know anybody with a Mac, this warning would persist?

You don’t need to know someone with a Mac.

Recovery contacts can use:

And the contact does not get access to your data — they only give you a code to recover your account.

OK, the point is that I have already added someone. I think it wasn't happy that I didn't create a code. Confusing system.
