this was sent to me from unknown number but is my own file?

anyone have an idea why this message was sent to me? it is from a number I dont recognize but ssys it cant be opened because it is from my own phone?

If the message text said "file:///var/mobile/Library/SMS/Attachments/bc/12/610166CE-9B13-47D9-AB0D-AD5934A131E5/", it is an attachement that could not be processed by the Messages application and I suspect iOS decided to replace the attachment (picture...) with the attachment file location in the iPhone file system (which you can't access.)


Just delete the message.

hey! i know my phone is hacked my i have languages and braile on my phone and accessability options set up that I never put on it. i have tried to get help from apple support from the government! ccst and anyone else I can contact but no one seems to be able to help!?! anyone here have any suggestions? i have taken screenshots of all of it to prove it but even that doesnt seem to natter!!!

I have not seen from what you have posted anything that would be a hack of your device. The accessibility options cannot be remotely changed, even if someone has access to your Apple Account. Those device settings would require physical access to your device with the Passcode you used to lock it.
