MacBook Air M1 2020's serial number invalid, and how can I resolve keyboard issues

My mac serial number was shown in the apple coverage when i bought the Macbook Air M1 2020,

But now it’s shown invalid serial number. Why?

I haven’t serviced it yet.

And It has been 2 years but still my cycle count is 67 and BH 97%.

I also have an issue with my keyboard. It doesn’t work as i conmand.

What could be the problem?
