Do you mean you added funds to the Account Card in the Wallet App?

If so, those cannot be returned unless required by law in your country or region.

If cash refunds are required by law

You can’t redeem or return Apple Gift Cards, App Store Gift Cards, or unused Apple Account balance for cash, except as required by law. If your jurisdiction allows for refund of redeemed gift balances, you can contact Apple Support to request a refund. When you contact Apple, include the following information:

  • The primary email address that you use to sign in to your Apple Account
  • The refund amount
  • Your current shipping address

If you added it to the Cash Card, then that can be returned.

Apple does not have a Support email address, so not sure how you are planning on emailing them.

Any email address you may have found, is likely to be a scam.

You need to go through the Support process, and it should offer a hart or call option at the end.

Otherwise, you can try one of the numbers in the following support document.
