How to recover deleted photos from iPhone SE2022 after downloading to PC?

I had thousands of photos on my SE2022. I connected it to my PC and downloaded them all. I deleted most from the phone and now they are gone from the PC folder. Can I access an old phone or cloud backup from a few months ago to get them back? Is there a different solution?

You can restore from your backup assuming those photos were included.
