MacBook order processing issue, no ABM enrollment
Order stuck on Processing. I place an order through our business account on 11/25/2025. We received the Macbooks on 11/27. The order is still in status: Order Processing. As such they were not imported into our Apple Business Manager account. They are also unable to be enrolled manually into ABM via Apple Configurator.
I have verified it is not a technical issue on our end. Even though we received the devices over a week ago, Apple does not think they have been shipped.
